Before Your Reset
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive 5–10 minutes early and allow yourself to slow down. We recommend avoiding heavy styling products on the day of your visit so we can begin with a fresh canvas. Most importantly, come exactly as you are—this time has been reserved entirely for your reset.
Should I wash my hair before my Temple Reset?
No. Unless your hair contains excessive product buildup, there is no need to wash it beforehand. Your Temple Reset includes a professional cleanse designed to refresh your hair, scalp, and senses.
Can I wear makeup?
Yes. While we do our best to protect your makeup, we recommend keeping eye makeup light if you prefer to leave looking exactly as you arrived.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. A luxurious towel wrap and spa slippers will be provided so you can fully relax and enjoy your experience.
Where are you located?
POUR Reset Studio is located inside Sola Salon Suites at 161 S Compass Way, Dania Beach, Florida 33004.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available throughout Dania Pointe, just steps from the studio.
During Your Reset
What can I expect during my experience?
Every Reset is intentionally designed to create a pause from everyday life. Depending on your selected experience, your visit may include a personalized consultation, aromatic cleansing, intentional touch, warm water, premium products, warm towels, and moments of complete stillness—all thoughtfully curated to help you leave feeling refreshed, restored, and unhurried.
Which Reset is right for me?
The Reset combines Temple Reset and Sole Reset for the complete POUR experience. Choose Temple Reset for a sensory experience centered around the scalp, or Sole Reset for a grounding experience centered around the feet.
Can I combine services?
Absolutely. The Reset is our signature experience combining Temple Reset and Sole Reset into one luxurious visit.
Can I receive a Temple Reset if I have extensions, braids, or a protective style?
This depends on the installation. Some services may not be suitable with certain extension methods or tightly installed protective styles. Contact us before booking and we will guide you toward the best option.
Is the experience private?
Yes. Every appointment takes place in your own private treatment suite, allowing you to disconnect from the outside world.
Planning Your Visit
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What if I am running late?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you, though arriving late may shorten your experience so we can remain on schedule for the next guest.
Can I book for two people?
At this time, appointments are offered one guest at a time so every experience remains personal, peaceful, and uninterrupted.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are highly recommended. Same-day availability may occasionally be available but cannot be guaranteed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with the digital payment methods supported through our booking system.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. A POUR Reset makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who could use a moment to slow down, recharge, and reset.

POUR is a reminder that wellness begins with what we intentionally pour into ourselves—our time, thoughts, routines, and care. Every experience is designed to help you pause, reconnect, and leave feeling more restored than when you arrived.
What makes POUR different from a traditional head spa?
POUR is not centered on only one part of the body. Our experiences are designed around the scalp and the feet—two sensory-rich areas accessed through Temple Reset and Sole Reset—to encourage relaxation, stillness, and a return to your natural rhythm.
Will my hair be dried before I leave?
Yes. Every Temple Reset includes a complimentary finishing dry so you leave comfortable and refreshed. It is not a full blowout or styling service.
Is this experience suitable for men?
Absolutely. Our experiences are designed for anyone seeking relaxation, restoration, and intentional care.
Can I receive a Reset while pregnant?
Many of our experiences may be enjoyed during pregnancy. Because every pregnancy is unique, consult your healthcare provider before booking and let us know in advance so we can tailor your visit with your comfort in mind.
